In order to provide greater value and service to you, my customers and clients, I have partnered with Atlantic Financial, Inc – a Mortgage Banker to offer a broader-based portfolio of loan products. Atlantic Financial, Inc. is a Correspondent Lender and as such makes their own credit decisions and funds the mortgages from their own account. This allows for a quicker response time and better deals because we are not affiliated with just one investor like most banks. We select from many to offer you the best scenario.

My former employees, Rudy Norman and James Haislip have joined me in this evolution and are here to serve you. So if you have your relationship with them continue to do so. Kate Haislip – my daughter, mom to my grandkids and triathlon contestant has taken a different career path. Her life long ambition was to be in the insurance business. She is now in training with State Farm Insurance to open her own agency in Ellicott City. She is relocating back to the area. Call her with your insurance needs and concerns for quality service.

In addition to the wide range of mortgage services that Atlantic Financial enables me to provide, I have transitioned New Deal Funding into a new direction of customer service: specifically, “other than credit transactions”.
